Okay Rob injured his throwing hand, Andrew’s baby was born, Jimmy D. left for Vegas and we still had enough players to field a team and walk away with a 7 to 6 win over the Knights Of Tuesday, pretty lucky against this team.  Congratulations to Andrew and his wife on the birth of their second child, and also for Andrew on his 15 dart 301 game. And a pat on the back for Rob playing impressively with his opposite hand in the second game of the match, he didn’t set any records but he kept us in the game and that’s what its all about, good job Rob.

Well I was feeling a little under the weather so I didn’t make it to darts. Those of us who could make it got a 6 to 7 match from Tommy’s losing the team game at the end of the night. I don’t know what the trouble is but it seems we don’t do team games well anymore and they used to be a strong point for us in the past, I guess I will need to step up my game and ask the guys to do the same, I am sure it is mental at this point.

Okay your on the Home side of the scoreboard you have two 20′s and your opponent has three 20′s plus 20 scored, what is your next move?

 We played against Family and Friends this week losing 7 t0 6. We had some very good games throughout the night throwing very high scores and running the numbers down quickly but Family and Friends kept every game pretty close all the way to the end and overcame by hitting outshots. Our 2 teams are very well matched against each other as we always flip winning scores each time we play. Next week were at the Harbor Inn, hopefully we’ll be able to adjust and pick up some points but we hardly ever run away with a match against Tommy’s Flights.

 OK the first week of winter session has been played. We didn’t tear up the dart board but we did manage a 7-6 win over the Bulls Hitters, pretty good considering we usually have a difficult time against them. I think we played well although they did beat us up pretty good in a few games.

We had a good night shooting darts Tuesday taking 10 from Rozzi Babus, hitting outshots without struggling makes a big difference in the final score. Next week is the final week of Fall session and with 10 wins we sealed 1st place.
